This is a nightmare!!! I was so aggravated trying to type in some history last night which could have been copy pasted from my computer.

As soon as I got to the bottom of the edit or text box for new topic the text area started bouncing up and down violently makeing if very difficult to follow what I was typing. I tried to copy paste stuff but had no mouse control and several lines of unwanted text were highlighted instead of what I had picked. I was typing at the bottom off the visible edge and couldnt see what I was doing.

Is there a fix for this?

Does this happen every time you edit a post? Or just this one time? And also does this happen on other forums when you go to post?

I assure you Dusty had that very night only indulged in a fine cup of Bewley's Irish decaffeinated tea.

It happens exclusively on this forum and now every time I try to post.

I participate in other forums and have no problems.

Which ever browser you are using, I would try restoring the defaults, and clearing your cache and cookies and see how that goes.

Have you also tried this on a different web browser from what you normally use?

one time, when my friend lost mouse control, we found out the neighbor used the same frequence from mouse and keyboard ( i like my cable spaghetti !)

my friend could read ( in an open word text document) the instant messages the neighbor sent. ( no worries, we informed him soon about that )

However I use the spaghetti like you.

I'll be trying Mozilla next time I type a long post and see if that fixes the problem.
